Read all FAQsAs soon as you have agreed a sale. A good moment is when the draft contract arrives from the solicitor. Do not leave it until after exchange. The gap between exchange and completion is short, and in busy periods the diary fills.
Yes. Storage is containerised, in R.H. Pardy’s own warehouse in Christchurch. Where access allows, the container comes to your property on our van, is filled there, and is forklifted into the warehouse. It is not self-storage, and there is no walk-in unit.
For most houses, yes. A surveyor still works through the rooms and estimates the volume. A visit is better when access is awkward, for example a New Forest track, a quay, or a flat with a long carry. The contents form is there if you would rather write the list yourself.
